Grief. Have you ever experienced the ambiguous grip of an immensely dark, unknown moment in time? Every person will have their own unique encounter with it. Along the way, there is a choice making process that happens. You must choose how to move through, and beyond, grief’s grip. You may find great support and resources online when it comes to identifying addictions, red flags, or ‘triggers’ with the various life challenges and losses, death and transitions you face because these are hot topics. But, it is not easy to notice if a more benign practice like tarot cards, crystals and other symbolic items you are using to cope are in connection to the grief you are dealing with. Using crystals as a talisman or symbol for increasing a desired outcome has proven to provide the brain with the feelings of peace as well. Some call it a placebo effect.
